The Micsig ATO is an automotive oscilloscope designed specifically for vehicle electrical diagnostics and maintenance. Depending on model, the series provides up to 300 MHz bandwidth, up to 2 GSa/s sampling and up to 220 Mpts memory depth. Integrated automotive diagnostic functions support analysis of vehicle electrical signals in workshop and engineering environments.
