AC2000C: a complete IEC 61000-3-2 and IEC 61000-3-3 compliance test system

The AC2000C is a complete harmonics and flicker test system for products that have to demonstrate compliance with IEC 61000-3-2 and IEC 61000-3-3. It brings together a precision power analyser, a flicker impedance network and a programmable AC power source, so a full compliance test runs from one software package rather than a bench of separate instruments.

Harmonic and interharmonic currents are measured to IEC 61000-4-7, and voltage fluctuation and flicker to IEC 61000-4-15. Results are evaluated against the limits of IEC 61000-3-2, -3-3, -3-11 and -3-12, then archived and reported from the same software. The AC2000C sits alongside the rest of the Laplace EMC analyser range.
